Bitter Melon Apple Juice

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bitter Melon
  • 2 Green Apple
  • 1 Slice of Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Remove apple core and slice to small pieces
  2. Cut Bitter Melon into half and remove seed with a spoon. Cut to small pieces.
  3. Cut 1 slice of lemon
  4. Put everything into a slow juicer and extract the juice.
