Baked Apple Mixed Berries with Cinnamon (for Cabbage Soup Diet)

  1. 3 red apples (peeled & diced)
  2. 1 cup mixed berries
  3. sugar substitute (to taste)
  4. pinch of ground cinnamon/nutmeg
  1. Coat a loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Preheat oven 350°F/175°C.
  3. Mixed all fruits and put in the pan.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar substitute and spices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then cover with aluminium foil and continue for another 10 minutes.
