Banana Milk Coffee Smoothie (for Cabbage Soup Diet) | Dietplan-101
Yields: 3 servings
- 4 medium bananas (sliced & frozen)
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsps hot water
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- Dissolve instant coffee in hot water.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process on high until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
