Recipe 1
  1. 1 cup brown rice flour
  2. 1/2 cup sweet rice flour (glutinous rice flour)
  3. 1/2 cup potato starch
  4. 1/2 cup tapioca flour
Recipe 2
  1. 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
  2. 1 cup white rice flour
  3. 1/4 cup cornstarch
  4. 1/2 cup potato starch
  5. 1/2 cup tapioca flour
Instructions
  1. Sift all flours together and mix well to combine.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Notes
  1. Use 5 oz (140 g) of this mix for every 1 cup of all-purpose bleached white wheat flour called for in normal recipes.
