
Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Mix

Recipe 1
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup sweet rice flour (glutinous rice flour)
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
Recipe 2
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
- 1 cup white rice flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
Instructions
- Sift all flours together and mix well to combine.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Notes
- Use 5 oz (140 g) of this mix for every 1 cup of all-purpose bleached white wheat flour called for in normal recipes.
