Ingredients
  1. 2 1/2 cups rice flour
  2. 1 2/3 cups potato starch
  3. 3 tsps gluten-free baking powder
  4. 2 1/2 tsps salt
  5. 2 tbsps fine sugar
  6. 1/2 cup powdered buttermilk
  7. 3 tbsps egg substitute
  8. 15 tbsps shortening
Instructions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Add in shortening and mix until no lumps.
  3. Keep in the fridge or the freezer for later use.
Notes
  1. Yields about 6 cups.
