Ingredients
  1. 4 tbsps shortening
  2. 3 tbsps honey
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 pkt (0.25 oz/7 g) active dry yeast
  5. 1 cup sour cream
  6. 1/2 cup potato starch
  7. 1 cup cornstarch
  8. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  9. 1 tbsp baking powder
  10. 2 tsps Xanthan gum
  11. 3/4 tsp salt
  12. 3/4 tsp vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C and grease a baking tin.
  2. Mix together all ingredients until well blended (you will have a wet dough).
  3. Wet your hands, divide dough into 9 portions, then shape each into a ball.
  4. Drop the dough balls on the greased baking tin.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until done.
