Gluten-Free Flakes Porridge

  1. 1/2 serving brown rice flakes
  2. 1/2 serving buckwheat flakes
  3. any dried fruit (to taste)
  4. some nuts (e.g. walnut, pecans, almonds)
  5. skim milk (to taste)
  1. Put the flakes and dried fruit into a saucepan.
  2. Add in the amount of hot water just enough to cover the food.
  3. Cook on low heat for a few minutes, keep stirring (add more water if needed) until it becomes porridge.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, add in nuts and milk.
  5. Serve hot.
