Gluten-Free Millet Porridge with Dried Fruit

  1. 1/3 cup raw millet
  2. 3/4 cup water
  3. 1/2 cup skim milk
  4. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  5. a pinch of salt
  6. 2 tbsps any dried fruit (or more, to taste)
  7. agave syrup/honey (to taste)
  1. Combine millet, water, milk, cinnamon and salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Remove from heat.
  3. Add in dried fruit and syrup.
  4. Serve hot.
