- 1/3 cup arrowroot flour
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1 1/2 cup potato flour
- 4 tsps cream of tartar
- 2 tsps baking soda
- Sift all ingredients together for a few times to get a thorough mix of flours.
- Store in an airtight container. Mix well again before using.
