Grilled Coriander Grouper Fillets (for Dukan Diet PV Consolidation)

  1. 8 oz (225 g) grouper fillets
  2. 3 tbsps lemon juice
  3. 3 tbsps white wine (tolerated)
  4. 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander
  5. salt & black pepper (to taste)
  1. Mix lemon juice, white wine, chopped coriander, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat the fillets well with the marinade and refrigerate for about 2 hours before grilling.
  3. Preheat non-stick grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked.
  5. Serve with a lime wedge.
