Yields: 2 servings (Each serving: about 105 calories)
Ingredients:
- 2 medium ripe bananas (thickly sliced & frozen)
Directions:
- Process the frozen banana in a blender (or using hand blender) until very creamy and looks like soft-serve ice cream.
- Serve as dessert on banana day for cabbage soup diet.
