Low-Calorie Ground Turkey Vegetables Soup

Ingredients
  1. 8 oz (227 g) lean ground turkey 93/7
  2. 2 cups boiled water
  3. 1 cup unsweetened tomato juice
  4. 1 beef/chicken bouillon cube
  5. 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  6. 1/2 cup sliced cabbage
  7. 1/2 cup sliced carrot
  8. 1 stalk (5") celery (sliced)
  9. 3 tbsps chopped onion
  10. 1 cup (1/2" pieces) green bean
  11. salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Lightly brown ground turkey in a non-stick pan.
  2. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for at least 4 hours.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve.
