Low-Calorie Sautéed Button Mushrooms with Parsley

Ingredients
  1. 1 tbsp butter
  2. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  3. 1 tsp chopped parsley
  4. 1 1/2 cups fresh button mushrooms (sliced)
  5. 1/2 tsp seasoned salt* (or to taste)
Instructions
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  2. Sauté garlic and parsley a minute, then add in sliced mushrooms.
  3. Continue cooking for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms become soft.
  4. Add in seasoned salt and mix well.
  5. Serve.
