Cauliflower rice is a great substitute to normal white rice which is high in carb. It is easy to prepare and you can serve it as white rice with other low carb dishes.

  • 11 oz (310 g) cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt & pepper (to taste)


1 Put cauliflower pieces in food processor and pulse until it has the texture of coarse grain.

2 Preheat oil in a large skillet, add in cauliflower rice and season to taste with salt & pepper.


3 Cook cauliflower rice until it reaches your desired tenderness.
