  1. 1 apple (peeled, diced & frozen)
  2. 1 navel orange (peeled, diced & frozen)
  3. 1/2 cup unsweetened fruit juice (chilled)
  4. 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process at high speed until smooth.
  2. Serve as dessert or breakfast for day 1 and day 3 of cabbage soup diet.
