Mixed Veggies Feta Beef Patties (for Atkins Diet Phase 1)

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  2. 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  3. 1/2 medium tomato (chopped)
  4. 2 tbsps chopped green onion
  5. 1/2 cup baby spinach (chopped)
  6. 1/2 tbsp dill weeds (preferably fresh)
  7. salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide into 4 portions, then form into patties.
  3. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the beef patties for a few minutes for each side, until golden brown.
